Christmas Events in Blackpool libraries!

Keep your excited little ones busy this festive season with Blackpool Library Service.
This year, we’ve arranged a selection of events to get you out of the festive grump and into the festive spirit. You’ve probably noticed all the little Christmas trees popping up around Blackpool libraries, and that is just the beginning of our Festive Fun…

We’ve got a jam-packed day of festivities starting at 11.30am- all the way to 4.30pm. We’ve heard that Father Christmas might be stopping by to join in the fun…

Fun-to-make projects that kids will love!
Keep their little fingers busy with glitter and sparkles, and all things Christmassy.

2D snow globe with a selection of backdrops makes the perfect family snap.
Create quirky photos with a variety of props.

£1 for photo and print.

Have yourself a homemade Christmas with a gorgeous table piece
to show off to your family and friends.

Dance your way to Christmas with our Festive Tea Dance.
Free, no booking required.

Carol singing from Kevin Matthews, between 12.30-1pm, and the Revoe School Choir, between 2.45-3.15pm.
Mulled Wine available during these times.

christmas divider Saturday 14 December – Moor Park Library

Moor Park Library will also be hosting a Festive Fun day, kicking off with a kid’s party in the morning at 10am until 12pm. With shed loads of imagination, MoorPark’s kid’s events never disappoint. To top it off, LaytonPrimary School orchestra will be joining us at 1.15pm for some lively tunes! Refreshments available.

Swing into Christmas with the Palatine School Swing Choir at 2pm.
Don’t feel festive without a mince pie? Don’t worry, there will be plenty available.

Don’t forget to come and see us at Shop Boutique, and grab yourself some unique treats.

 We’ll also be showcasing our bookish Christmas Tree at Salem Methodist Church in Layton between 10am-4pm on  Friday 13 & 14 December.
