Come along and have your blood pressure assessed in a Health MOT, anytime between 11am and 2pm
Treat yourself to a hand or arm massage anytime between 11am and 1pm; these sessions are kindly supported by Blackpool & Fylde College.
Sit yourself down and do some “grown-up” colouring-in!
It has been proven that colouring a picture is one of the most calming activities you can do!
Have a little game of Solitaire – with cards or online!
Or put a few pieces in a jigsaw! Some people find them calming things to do, others hate them, come and see which you are! Just don’t get stressed trying!
And finally…treat yourself to a calming cup of camomile tea, being served all day till 4pm
