Mental Health Awareness Week was launched in 2000, in order to generate public debates around how anxiety, sleep deprivation and exercise can impact our mental health.
This year, they’ll be talking about relationships.
At Moor Park Library, they’ve put up an amazing display featuring recommended reading and colouring sheets to help promote awareness of Mental Health Week.
