Miracle at Moor Park Library

The St Bernadette’s Players came to Moor Park Library to perform the radio play of ‘Miracle on 34th Street’. It’s a favourite festive film for many people and this was a wonderfully different interpretation. The heart warming Christmas tale was brought to life by the players with added sound effects created by some of the children in the drama group.

It was a play in three acts and even the ‘intervals’ were filled with adverts like Lux (with it’s very superior flakes!) to make a wonderful addition to the event.

With a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie to follow the performance, it was a truly festive event.
