-Stephen Fry

Prefer your library in your hands? Why not try using our e-book and audiobook catalogue online? Our online catalogue is continually growing, we’ve got your favourite fiction and non fiction authors as well as loads of educational texts. It’s available 24/7 and on most internet enabled devices- all you need is an active library card and you can get started.

What’s compatible?

Overdrive for Libraries is compatible with most internet enabled devices. This means that you can access our services via a smartphone, tablet or an e-reader, as long as they connect to the internet.
Currently you can not borrow ebooks & audiobooks if you have a Kobo or a basic Kindle*.

Getting Started

The best way to get started using our e-service is to visit the App Store on your device and download the Overdrive App. Once you have downloaded the app, you will be prompted to make an Overdrive account and select your library. If you are using the Overdrive App, be sure to use our easy to follow instructions to get you started.
